DATA ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT
ARCHITECTURE
FOR OUTDOOR FURNITURE
The following outlines the operational workflow designed to maximize the acquisition of qualified leads and ensure their seamless management across marketing and sales platforms.
Automation Workflow — from Traffic to CRM
Designed for outdoor furniture brands: drive qualified traffic, capture leads (quote requests, catalog downloads, showroom visits), route them via Zapier, and sync automatically into Zoho + Brevo for segmented follow-ups.

This panel updates live: it shows that this is not “just automation”, but an end-to-end pipeline (tracking, validation, deduplication, segmentation, CRM sync) engineered for conversion in the outdoor furniture industry.

Step 1: Traffic Acquisition (Sources)
The objective is to capture both active and latent demand through a strategic mix of organic and paid channels.
● Organic Traffic (SEO & Content):
Implementation of a search engine ranking strategy based on relevant keywords and geo-localized optimization. By creating targeted blog articles and performing technical page optimization, we will capture qualified traffic while enhancing Domain Authority (DA).
● Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
○ Traffic Campaigns: Sponsorship of high-value content (blog posts, service pages) to educate the user and drive them to the site toward specific Calls to Action (CTAs).
○ Lead Ads Campaigns: Lead acquisition directly within the Meta platform using pre-filled native forms, significantly reducing friction for mobile users.
● Google Ads:
○ Performance Max (PMax) Campaigns: Leveraging the entire Google ecosystem (YouTube, Display, Gmail, Maps) with dynamic visual and textual assets to maximize reach.
○ Search Campaigns: Targeting transactional keywords to intercept users actively seeking the offered services, thereby guaranteeing a high conversion rate.
Step 2: Lead Acquisition and Conversion (On-Site)
The website serves as the central conversion hub.
- Functional Redesign & Landing Pages: Users will land on pages optimized for conversion (CRO), where the design and information architecture drive action toward completing contact forms (Contact Form 7).
- Nurturing & Newsletter Subscription (Brevo): For users still in the informational phase (Top of Funnel), we will implement newsletter subscription
touchpoints. This allows us to build a proprietary database (First-Party Data) of strategic value, maintaining an active communication channel to convert these prospects into clients over the medium-to-long term.
Step 3: Orchestration and Automation (Zapier)
To ensure zero data loss and eliminate manual handling times, we will utilize Zapier.
● What it is and why it is critical: Zapier serves as the technological “middleware”—the digital bridge connecting systems that do not natively communicate (Website, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zoho, and Brevo). Rather than relying on manual file export/import operations (which are slow and prone to human error), Zapier acts as an invisible conductor: the exact moment a user fills out a form (on the site or Facebook), Zapier intercepts the data in real-time, validates it, and instantly routes it to the destination platforms. This guarantees operational immediacy and data integrity.
THE LAST- Step 4: Centralization and Management (Destination)
The workflow concludes with intelligent data warehousing for commercial and marketing purposes.
● Brevo (Marketing Automation): Simultaneously, data will populate Brevo lists. Contacts will be segmented based on source and interest, allowing for the activation of personalized email marketing workflows to nurture the client relationship.

Technical Focus: Why Contact Form 7?
The decision to adopt Contact Form 7 over commercial solutions like WPForms aligns with a specific strategy of operational efficiency and technical sovereignty.
This open-source solution eliminates recurring licensing costs (vendor lock-in) for standard features, granting us maximum freedom to configure custom connections (Webhooks) to corporate systems.
To protect data integrity, the form will be fortified by native integration with Google reCAPTCHA v3. Unlike legacy versions, this technology operates invisibly, analyzing traffic behavior in the background without interrupting the user experience with visual challenges. The result is a dual advantage: a fluid, frictionless filling experience for real clients and, simultaneously, an impenetrable barrier against bots and spam, ensuring that only qualified, clean leads are sent to Zoho CRM and reporting tools.
